Important dates and details about our upcoming events are listed below.

  • Join us in the new indoor workout center at the Quarry every Monday and Wednesday at 5:45pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm

  • Registration is currently open for our 2023 summer swimming lessons! With a variety of new and returning instructors with a wide skill set, we are sure to have someone who will help you reach your goals and improve your skills. Visit our Swimming Lesson page to learn more.

  • Join former Olympians, C3 Alumni and Barrie Shepley at the Mayfield Swim Complex. All athletes 12 years old and older will race 300m swim - 9km bike - 3km run.

    Kids of Steel Event

  • Coach Miguel and Coach Patricks open water swim workouts are making their grand return!

    May 31st, open water swim workouts at the Quarry will commence, Monday, Wednesday from 6:00-7:00PM. Tuesday, Thursday from 6:15-7:15AM, and Saturdays from 7:15-8:15AM.

    Swim workouts are included with the purchase of eligible C3 memberships, so be sure to check if your membership qualifies in the membership information tab.
